 + -1 moreWe are pleased with the finished project and my brother is very happy with his new apartment. It could have been done faster, which would have been better all around.
Description of Work: We converted a basement into a apartment for my brother. Changed the half bath into a full and the family room into a kitchenette, bedroom and office. The owner started out fine but than began lagging. My brother and I did the painting and laying of the floor.

 + -1 moreJohn pays attention to detail. He's pleasant and easy to work with. Most of all he's trustworthy, uses good judgement and is good at what he does. I felt confident in his work. I would recommend John to anyone.
Description of Work: John did a lot of repair work on my home, fixing an office and planning a kitchen, and on the outside of the home.
