Plumbing
Karl and his sub contractor "Dave" installed a new Mitsubishi Mini-Split incorrectly and now refuse to answer calls or texts. I had GEM plumbing come out and diagnose the problem in 10 minutes and will cost me at least $850 to fix. There is a Freon leak somewhere as a result of the install. If they find out that it is a defective compressor, I am screwed out of a warranty because I can't get in touch with the installer because he refuses to communicate with me. Extremely poor business practice by Karl and his associate. I'm assuming that they knew they messed up and now refuse to deal with it. I will never recommend this guy to anyone.
