Terrible. Bad communication, flat out ignores calls and emails and literally ignores reality. Watch out!

Bad they unprofessional

They scheduled an appointment for me and only 1/2 hour before the appointment I was told that the realtor was more than an hour behind schedule. They promote a "team approach" but the team lacked communication. I spoke with 2 people before the appointment was made and then a 3rd confirmed it by leaving a message the day before. I called that person back and asked her to call me back if she was not the person meeting me. I was concerned about meeting alone in an empty building with a male realtor. She did not call me back, however another realtor (a male) came in her place. I found him to be quite sexist in his language, referring to the women in his office as "the girls." He went through a power point and did not vary from it even though it constantly mentioned a team approach and I had shared my disappointment with the "team." They were asking for an additional $475 for advertising and a 7% realtor fee.

We don’t think our house could have sold any quicker. The Nathan Clark Team sold our house in under 11 days for 100 percent of the asking price We are very satisfied with the level of communication between the team and their clients… Even while our agent was away stranded in a snow storm she had another team member reach out to us and keep us moving along. We would definitely recommend The Nathan Clark Team they got our house sold immediately and for the price we wanted

They have a system to sell houses were they have buyers they are working with that they cataloged based on where and what they want and when they put my house on the market it sold to a buyer very quickly.

The "neglect" of the Nathan Clark team and movement mortgage "highly recommended by the Nathan Clark team" left my family in a position to lose our house with nowhere to go, or leave another young family scrambling for housing at the last minute and risk facing a lawsuit. We were misled, misinformed and misrepresented by the Nathan Clark team and Movement Mortgage throughout this entire process. Our realtor "forgot" a contingency protecting our family in case we couldn't get financing and refers us to a bank who was very quick to hand out a pre-approval letter and very very slow to request the most basic information. Because of that my family and at least one other family has wasted hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars on a process that was flawed from the beginning. We can't even begin to explain the stress and agrivation this has caused

Having been in the real estate business myself I didn't think he researched the Comparables very well when establishing the selling price of my home.
