They have a system to sell houses were they have buyers they are working with that they cataloged based on where and what they want and when they put my house on the market it sold to a buyer very quickly.

We don’t think our house could have sold any quicker. The Nathan Clark Team sold our house in under 11 days for 100 percent of the asking price We are very satisfied with the level of communication between the team and their clients… Even while our agent was away stranded in a snow storm she had another team member reach out to us and keep us moving along. We would definitely recommend The Nathan Clark Team they got our house sold immediately and for the price we wanted
