Professional, timely, effective

Henry is wonderful. I spent a while shopping around for an electrical contractor to do this work, and while he was the best price, that wasn't actually the reason that I picked him. He was EXCELLENT at communication. He always answered the phone when I called and I never had to leave messages and wait for a call back. He was prompt in getting me an estimate, and flexible when I later added on a few things (the estimate naturally went up, but it wasn't a big to-do to get new numbers). Once I decided to go with his company, they were out to get the work done within a week and showed up when they said they would. Henry and his assistants were polite and tidy and very efficient and were kind enough to do things like offer me a pair of work gloves when I was doing yard work at the same time. The final work was meticulous and excatly what I wanted. I am extremely happy with this company and their work and cannot recommend them enough.

After meeting as scheduled for an estimate, Henry sent an electrician within a few hours. That was a pleasant surprise. The job turned out to be more difficult than either Henry or I thought. It was completed successfully, but I wound up with two holes in my ceiling to patch. (I didn't expect any!) Henry stuck to his estimated price ($125) even though the job took much longer than he planned. I voluntarily paid him more ($200) because I thought it was fair.

I was thrilled with the way he worked and his attitude. He also had a fair price.

After getting a quote I scheduled work for the day after. I was highly impressed by the contractor because out of four estimates Derek (contractor) was the only one to figure out a more direct, neat, efficient route to run the wires inside the wall instead of using wire molding or pipes on the external wall. Derek knew I was under pressure to get this job completed and squeezed me in. The project took a little longer than expected (one day and two hours compared to one day) but they worked until the job was done and did an excellent clean up job. They were very conservative making holes. I felt comfortable enough with the entire crew to leave for work for the day.

It was quick and efficient.

Excellent service. A quick inspection and estimate led to an appointment within the week. The 2-man team worked in the walls, ceiling and basement while I was working nearby with a minimum of noise and no mess. They worked around problems without complaint and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. We noticed some flickering in the new fixtures and they came back the next day to check. They located some wires that were not tightly screwed down in the main panel (an existing problem, not related to their work) and carefully checked and tightened everything. They asked only a token fee for coming back.

The electrician came to look at an outlet in our dining room that was warm to the touch. He came later than he initially said but apologized and was very pleasant. He took the outlet apart but didn't find anything. I think he did a thorough check and ultimately concluded that it was probably getting warm from the adjacent heating pipes. We also had a switch that was also acting up and he replaced it. I felt like he was very competent. He had to leave in the middle to get the replacement switch and spent a total of maybe 30 minutes doing actual work. We were charged $150 which seemed a little pricey but I'd never called an electrician before and didn't have any point of reference.

THE ELECTRICIAN WAS VERY GOOD. IT WAS A HUGE JOB FOR ONE PERSON TO DO, BUT HE CONTINUED WORKING UNTIL THE WHOLE JOB WAS FINISHED. I REALLY RESPECT HIM.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE BECAUSE. IT DESTROYED ALL MY APPLIANCES AND THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING. THE ELECTRICIAN SAID I WAS LUCKY MY HOUSE DID NOT BURN DOWN. AFTER THE ELECTRICIAN WAS FINISHED, OUR HOUSE WAS SAFE AGAIN.
