I found Jim through Angies List. Initially, I wanted Jim to come by and take a look at some pipe leak issues that we had in some rental units that we own, and provide us with an estimate. But Jim thought it would be too expensive for him to drive by to provide a free estimate. So he gave me a phone number of someone who could help me locally. But after reading Jim's reviews, we decided to have him help us with the fixes. We decided on a date and informed all our tenants. Jim was there on time. And he methodically went unit by unit, testing all the plumbing in each unit. He came up with a list of issues in a couple of units. Once he had instpected all the units, he went back to fixing all the issues he had discovered. He quickly fixed the issues and took care of them. He also patiently explained what was going on. He was easy to work with, professional and friendly. I look forward to working with Jim in the future.

James Steitz is excellent. He's very, very good. His price was reasonable and much less than an estimate that we had gotten from somebody else. He's very clean and very pleasant, totally pleasant. We also used them before this for putting in a new hot water heater and they did good on that, too.

Went very well, Jim is very polite and pleasant to have working in one's house. The work was finished in a timely manner and the results were a great relief to the whole family.

His price was very reasonable. He had done work for us before for a long time. He is very good. He is an excellent plumber. He was able to install new plumbing and new heating system for us. He is a very nice person whom you would like to have around.
