Land Surveying
I found that Eric's pricing was in the same ballpark as the other surveyors I contacted, and we was responsive and candid, which I appreciate. The process did seem to me to take a long time: about five and a half weeks. But I've never had a survey done before, and this timeline was also in the same neighborhood as that of the other surveyors I contacted, so I guess that's just how long it takes. Eric did seem to do a very thorough job both in research and on the ground, and when it was complete he met with me, gave me the printed site plan, and explained his findings and the details of the lot lines and markings.
