I contacted both the Account Manager and his boss and their bottom line response was they needed to raise prices to cover the "cost of of doing business" and we would have to pay until the end of our contract, 9/1/2013. The inside sales manager attempted to reduce our contract for one year if we signed up for another three year contract. This was vetoed by our Condo Board of Directors. The bottom line is this a company headquartered in Texas who is known for ripping customers off and their senior management has been prosecuted for overstating their income to boost their share price. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE GOOD, RELIABLE, AND NOT TOO EXPENSIVE. IF I FORGOT TO PUT SOMETHING AT THE END OF OUR DRIVEWAY, I'D CALL THEM AND THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE THE NEXT DAY TO PICK IT UP. THEY WERE NICE GUYS.

THEY WILL PICK UP BIGGER ITEMS IF WE CALL AND LET THEM KNOW ABOUT IT. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT.
