Tom Ricci of TJ Homebuilders is one of the finest contractors I've ever worked with. The scope of this remodel was extensive but Tom was always on top of everything. His attention to detail was superior as was his availability. Of particular advantage is that Tom is also a licensed electrical contractor which was particularly helpful on this job. The only difficulties encountered was the availability of some of the subcontractors which held up completion of the work at times.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB UP THERE. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING FROM THE FRAMEWORK TO THE SHEETROCK. THERE WAS NO LEFTOVER MESS, AND THE GUYS ASKED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR COMPLAINTS BEFORE THEY LEFT.

I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY STAYED WITHIN THE ESTIMATED PRICE, AND THEY GOT DONE IN THE ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL TOO.
