Home Building
There have been problems originating since before we closed on our new condo. Problems brought to the builder's attention at the closing have not been fixed, and problems found since the closing have only been limitedly fixed. I sent Patriot Homes a certified letter outlining the exact work that needs to be completed, but they have remained unresponsive.
