Much of the wood that was dropped in my driveway when I wasn't home was too rotted to burn efficiently. It took many phone calls to the business and a certified letter to get a response. After much hounding on my part he did finally replace it with decent wood. My colleague buys wood from this place every year without a problem. I don't know why I had such a bad experience.

The firewood is horrible! It's extremely difficult to start a fire, and the wood feels heavy and wet. We've gotten fires started with other wood and then once it's hot and running we'll add some of the Miller firewood and the fire burns out. We're really disappointed.
