We had a great experience working with Drew LaVallee at Industrial Consultants Group. When I started the project on HomeAdvisor Drew called us back within the same day and was out at our house measuring for it within a couple of days. It was December when I started it and already too cold to pour cement - Drew was very clear and communicative about that and we proceeded with getting the estimates for the three railings and getting them fabricated during the cold months. As always, excellent communication during this period. Once we had a spate of days that were warm enough for the cement pour near the end of March - Drew and his assistant set up a time and did the install of the three railings all in the same day. We are extremely happy with the results - all three are rock solid and very attractively built. They will make parts of our house much safer, particularly in the slippery winter. We are very happy with the results, Drew’s communication and reasonable price!

Drew was so easy to work with. He answered all my questions, was quickly responsive to my emails, and provided a superior product. The pricing was excellent; the best of three estimates. It did take longer than expected to install the railings, but that was due to weather issues. Very happy with the finished product and highly recommend this company!! Thank you Drew!!!

Andrew did a great job. He reviewed my front stair problems and we discussed the options and the best style to fit the house new look. He was quick getting back to me with an estimate . Andrew as very professional and friendly. He send me drawings of the project. Andrew completed the project on time and on budget and removed and disposes the old rail. My stairs handrails looks like a work of art. It is just what my house needed to make my house renovation complete. I would highly recommend this guy.
