Appliance Repair
The person who came did a very good job and I was pleased with him. He came in, and he knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem immediately. I was very happy with him.

Appliance Repair
Considering we had a very similar problem fixed by another company on July 11, 2008 in TWO visits for $416 total (more than half the cost of a new dishwasher at the time), we were thrilled when we realized, after discussing the problem over the phone, that it would be an easy inexpensive fix. After the other company's "heist", I was prepared to replace the DW. The savings is the DW investment plus the cost of a new DW, plus install cost, extended warranty cost, time cost and extended hand washing dishes.

Appliance Repair
The repair work was excellent. The repairman arrived four later than promised. However, he was called on emergency freezer/ refrigerator repairs on the same day, Dec 30. One of the those customers said that he was in danger of spoilage of $ 300 worth of food. The repairman did called me at 2:30 PM to explain this situation and said that he would arrive at about 4:30 - 5 PM. He arrived at 4:30 PM and completed the repairs promptly. I appreciated his mid afternoon phone call. I was able to exercise at a local gym before his arrival. Would recommend him and use him again for similar services.

THIS HAS BEEN A LONG PROCESS. BEST BUY SENT OUT SOMEONE FIRST THAT WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL AND REFUSED TO WORK WITH US. EXETER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND DID MORE THAN THEY HAD TO.
