About us

we provide a month to month service. As such we send out 12 month coupon books that each month you send one in along with that months payment. Because we do not enter into any contracts you have the option to stop service at anytime. We currently have 13 employees as we are a small corporation that is family owned and operated. we work every day, Monday through Friday, with the exception of Christmas and New years day. On those days pick up is one day later.

Inconsistent pickup over the last 4-6 weeks. Never know if they were coming or not. I have had to call four times in the past eight weeks. When I call they blame it on staffing or they say our street was blocked by construction (which is not true). Most recently, they said they would pickup by the end of the day b4 Thanksgiving. They never showed. Multiple neighbors impacted and questioning consistency.

Having moved from a place where the town picked up our garbage, we were unsure of who to contact to do the same in North Kingstown. We found this company through Angie's list and have been using them for 6 months. Everything about our experience has been great. From the prompt customer care when we call to the nice gentleman who picks our bins up. They even came out during the one major snowfall this season. So far, we are quite pleased.

They collect the garbage once a week. I once forgot to put the bin out on time, I called, and they came back to empty it without extra charge (A+!).
