"Thanks [Member Name Removed], it was a pleasure working with you."
"Crest Management went over and beyond trying to make this customer happy. Customer purchased defected tile and Crest Management replace the tile twice in their bathroom to try to satisfy customer. Customer also bragged about not paying their last contractor for over 50K after we started the project. Customer called the Contractors Board and requested a meeting at the house with one of the Inspectors. All the customers claims were dismissed by the Board with no action required by Crest Management. Customer then accused the inspector of being intoxicated on the job to his boss and tried to get him fired. Customer would not let Crest Management fix any of the issues that they claimed and would not let us back in the house. Customer still has not paid a balance of over $10,000. With numerous verbal threats from the customer and their past history we have concluded this is what they had attended to do from the start. Contractors or anyone working for these people beware!"
