A few issues arose with the HVAC system A Perry installed. I sent Adam a text and waited a week for him to respond. He didn't respond, so I called. Adam said he would come the next day, but he didn't show up and didn't bother to notify me. He said he was "too busy" to send a text. Over a two week period Adam "no-showed" two more times. After the third no-show I let him know that it was "bull****" that he was too busy to send a text and I "threatened" to leave a negative review online. Then Adam sent me this creepy video at 10:50 at night. [*** Link removed ***] The next morning he showed up at my house and sent me a video to show he was there. Oddly, my wife did not hear a knock, nor did my dog who barks at EVERY person who comes to the door. I had to hire another company to fix his faulty wiring and mounting. DO NOT do business with this guy!! His work is shoddy and you'll never see him again!!!
