SINE PLUMBING & HEATING

We’ve used Sine Plumbing for years. Jeff and assistants are expert plumbers and very reliable. Once the work was done, never a problem. Over the years, we’ve had a new sump pump installed, garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, new shut off valves in laundry room, toilet lines replaced, etc. All excellent, 5 stars.

Bob arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and we're very pleased with the work he completed. Would definitely use Sine again and would feel very comfortable referring to family and friends.

Extremely well. We did use Sine Plumbing before and was very well satisfied. Things went smoothly again. Mr. Sine was prompt, friendly, and highly competent, as expected. And he didn't charge us anything. He apparently considered today's work as a follow-up to his earlier work. He will be our plumber for a long time.

Sine Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc. had Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning handle the job which was to clear the main line. The folks who performed the job were prompt and courteous. However, when I asked about the cost of the job, the folks from Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning didn't know the cost and they said Sine Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc. handles that. So 11 days after the job is complete I get a bill in the mail. It would be appreciated if an estimated cost was provided up front.

Jeff was very punctual and professional. He removed the very old guest room radiator valve and replaced it with a new one. He also took care of the dining room radiator valve that might have occasionally leaked with a quick fix.

We had a bathroom faucet installed (we provided facet replacement). When we called, Jeff at Sine plumbing scheduled an appointment for service and the job was done rather quickly. Polite, courteous, neat, and professional service. As for cost, seemed a bit high but have not had my plumbing serviced in a while so not sure what the going rate is. Approx. $85/hour

Our very old copper lined water heater was constantly running and water was flowing from the overflow pipe.  Sine plumbing could have easily told us that it was time to replace the water heater and gained a larger paycheck, but they saved the old girl with a valve replacement and saved our family from a much larger bill.

They fixed it in very short order. Josh did a great job. They were professional and on time.

Sine was excellent - punctual, can be called on short notice, if you're already a client, and they are clean, do the job right, and are reasonably priced.

It went well.  I use them whenever I need a plumber.

I can set my watch by when they say they will arrive, and they call if they're running late. They stand behind their work--last year they replaced the wax ring under a toilet and it still leaked, and they came right back and fixed it properly with no additional charge. About ten years ago, they replaced a hot water heater that suddenly started to leak late on a Saturday night.

Work was very good. When I had a recurring problem with one of the sinks, they immediately followed up and returned to the house. Sinks and bathtub are working great.

These folks are perfect! They do a great job at a good price. They are neat and timely. They are trustworthy and friendly.

My downstairs toilet was leaking.  There was not a shut off valve to stop the flow of water so we couldn't shut off the water supply.  Water had leaked into the basement, creating a mess.  This obviously was an emergency call, and someone was out to my house within two hours of my call.  Upon arrival, the plumber asked me to show him where the problem was, he checked it out for himself, asked to see the area where the water was dripping into, then informed me of exactly what he had to do to fix the problem and put the toilet in proper working condition. He took the appropriate steps to take care of the situation, installed a shut-off valve, and replaced the necessary parts.  The job was done cleanly and efficiently.  Before he left my house, the plumber made sure everything was working properly and that there was  no leaking. 

SINE Plumbing performed quality work and very flexible to fit your schedule for the service date. I was overall very pleased with the service.
