When we called to ask about repairing the system, the company said we would have to install a new system at full price. We decided not to do that, and requested that they stop charging us the monthly fee, since we no longer could use the service. They refused. Several times I have called to get them to stop, but they insist the contract says they can keep charging us.
The monthly fee has gone up over the years, so we are now paying almost $43.00 per month for nothing.The people on the phone are rude and nasty. I've tried to stop the credit card charges, but they keep coming every month.
The monitoring location has changed several times but the main (billing) office is in San Ramon, CA. They use a network of service providers.
