They have a good range of products. They deliver and service the products.

Great.  They had to remove 2 doors to get the washers in and out, and they did it quickly and professionally.  They showed up when they said they would.  These guys are professionals-- full-time appliance people who know their merchandise.  Their prices are also lower than what I found online at other stores.

A GREAT shopping experience! We went to a Sand W warhouse sale and found the range that we wanted at a price that was very reasonable. We inquired about a microwave and were informed by a very courteous salesperson that there were none at the sale but that the store would honor the warehouse promotion. Further, we were informed about Jennair rebates available on both items. Sand W also included a backsplash for the range, a free and quot;pig tailand quot; (electric cord), and FREE DELIVERY! On top of that they also handled all of the rebate details.
The delivery was seamless. The crew arrived on time, moved the old stove into the garage (it later went to Habitat for Humanity), and took away all of the packing mayerials.
My wife and I could not be more pleased with our shopping experience and whole heartedly offer our sincere recommendation to shop with these very nice folks.
As a further service, they offered to convert the rebate when it was delivered in the form of a gift card into a check which they very couteously did yesterday. A great store to do business with!

When we were planning to fully remodel our kitchen, I started to shop around for appliances. A friend suggested I try Sand W since she had remodeled her kitchen 10 years ago and found thier prices to be the best. Plus, they had great customer service.
We also found thier prices to be much better on identical appliances than 3 of the larger local appliance stores. Plus, the sales staff was very helpful and friendly. They held onto our appliances until we were ready for installation, and delivered them for free when we needed them.
We also bought 2 floor model appliances (cook top and double wall oven) and saved even more. They work and look like new.
I would definately use them again for any appliance purchases.

As a single woman home owner, I dread shopping for big ticket items. I was treated professionally throughout the process. Would shop there again and recommend them accordingly.
