Auto Body Work
My experience with them was great. I am a little disappointed that the car was totaled and I did not get to see their work. Melissa handled everything with insurance and rentals. She was a pleasure to work with. John was great to work with as well. His level of customer service is so high it is almost uncomfortable. I think I have forgotten what it is like to be taken care of as a customer, so this felt a bit weird. John, I hope this is received as a compliment. I would have to assume that if the level of detail he demonstrates to his customers is also expected of the work his shop does, they have to do a great job. If I am ever unfortunate enough to require work on my new car, I know where I am going.
