GUARDIAN PEST CONTROL INC

We called Guardian Pest Control because of a few mice that had taken up residence somewhere in our stove and in our attic. We had set our own mouse traps, but we had not been successful in catching them so we decided to hire an exterminator. I had called their office and within a week or so, I had an appointment for them to do a house inspection and give us an estimate. Eric from Guardian Pest Control showed up right on time, and he was personable, professional, and thorough in explaining the process of setting traps to catch the mice and in doing the job. The estimate was sent by e-mail and because I had read good reviews, I did not bother getting another estimate. On September 24, Eric set traps in the places most likely mice would be, behind our stove, in the basement, and in our attic. He returned for a follow up assessment on October 15. Maria, the very pleasant, administrative assistant in the office, called a few days before each appointment just to confirm each date. The traps that Eric set seem to have taken care of the problem, since we no longer hear any mice noises in our stove and two mice were caught in the traps. It was a real pleasure working with Eric from Guardian Pest Control. He was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to hire him again.

Guardian didn't find any sign of the bedbugs. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They also understood the psychological impact of having an infestation, so they were very sensitive about this and explained everything very clearly. Just to make sure that there were no bugs, they set up two traps to check in two weeks.  I received a call about 8-10 days later to set up another appointment to check the traps.....they were here as scheduled and found no bugs in the traps. They also brought two zippered mattress covers that don''t allow in any creatures in OR out. We paid a very reasonable price for the two covers, and Eric put them on for us.
Extremely satisfied with the service....personable and professional. I will recommend them to any and all friends that have any kind of extermination issue.

We've used Guardian in the past for our other home, so when it came time to have some pest issues addressed we didn't hesitate to call them. Our appointment was scheduled within one weeks time. Initially the call was for wasps that were creating nests around our deck. When they showed up we had the whole house looked at and they pointed out some areas of concerns. The foundation was sprayed for ants as well as the shed (carpenter ants were seen in the shed). The basement, attic and garage had mice traps and bait set (hoping we don't have any visitors!). The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. We bought the contract that would allow for additional visits throughout the year if we continue to see any wasps/ants.

Highly recommend Guardian for anyone looking for pest control.

THEY ARE WELL-KNOWN IN THIS AREA. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THEY TAKE PRIDE IN BEING THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. WE HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM WITH BUGS SINCE WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM.

I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT A SERVICE FEE (WHICH WAS ADDED TO MY BILL). I WAS ALSO VERY UPSET AT THEIR WORK ETHICS AND THEIR INABILITY TO GET RID OF THE MICE.

THIS COMPANY GIVES ME A SCHEDULE, ALWAYS CALLS AHEAD, AND TELLS ME EXACTLY WHAT TIME THEY WILL BE HERE. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL WHEN I CALL THEM FOR SOMETHING EXTRA.
