David Arruda of D.A. Computer is the best , kind, honest and wonderfully patient. Also great at answering any questions you might have. I was able to bring the new computer home, did the plug and play, reinstalled the other stuff I needed and it was up and running. All my files and pics were where they were supposed to be. I would go back with any computer issue I might have in the future, without a doubt.

I noticed all of the sudden my printer would not print. The owners assistance came to my home ( a few blocks away). He fixed the issue on site in a matter of moments. He also didn't charge me until a few days later so that I could verify the printer was functioning properly. DA computer is perfect for promptly fixing computer problems for home computer owners who aren't savvy enough to fix the problems themselves. On several occasions the owner has walked me through quick fixes over the phone at no charge. He also has removed viruses and installed anti virus software for a very reasonable fee.

All of a sudden my computer wouldn't turn on. The owner of the company said that it was probably a loose connection and to bring in the tower. He opened it up, found the loose connection, and fixed in in less than 5 minutes while I waited.
