They were local. They were punctual and professional. However, the job they did was not what we were expecting.

They arrived on time, did the work for the price quoted on the phone and

No one ever came back to check on the bait stations. I thought the baits would kill termites, but it turns out they were only "monitoring" stations. It wasn't until I had termite swarms inside my house that I knew something was wrong. I had other companies come and check the monitoring stations and they showed no activity, but yet I had termites! They were the least expensive company and I didn't know what questions to ask. Later, I interviewed three other companies, each with three different solutions for killing termites. It is a complicated science and I found regular checking is very important part of the service.

THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND DRILLED HOLES IN MY FOUNDATION SO THAT THEY COULD SPRAY FOR ALL THE TERMITES THAT HAD INFESTED MY HOME. THEY CAME ON TIME AND I THINK THAT THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY.

ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT BUG OUT IS THAT THEY DID THEIR JOB. I WANTED THE TERMITES OUT AND THEY GOT THEM OUT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THE TERMITES NEVER CAME BACK.
