YARD SERVICE LANDSCAPE EXPERTS

Absolutely fantastic. Bob, Kathy and their team provide a first-class experience from start to finish. They are creative, detailed, hard-working and conscientious. They are excellent communicators. They did rake, however, they started to clean my flower beds.   They removed a tomato cage from a balloon plant, they took out all the old growth but left the cage where it was moved to.  They left in the middle of doing the job.  I never received notice that the owner was aware of what had happened.  I called numerous times to tell them about this.
   Not cutting or trimming was done.
Prior to this, I had called regarding work they did last year.  They were supposed to remove the red mulch and the paper beneath it. They also did work with our lawn.  They seeded bare spots.   I noticed last year that the amount of mulch used was very little.  We also had areas of bare spots in the lawn.  I was told that it would all be taken care of in the spring.
They also did a tree pruning.  A Dogwood Tree.  I noticed at the beginning of the spring that there was some kind of fungus growing on the trunk and branches.  It was also leaking a liquid that was dripping down the trunk and also onto the mulch and my walkway.
I have called numerous times since this all began.  I have not received one phone call back.
Today, with no prior notice, someone came and cut the front lawn before my husband saw him, he proceeded to do the back yard.  My husband told this man that we didn't want him to come back and that we have hired another company to do the job this year. He let him finish the back yard and told him to have them send the bill, but not to come back.
As of now, I still haven't received any phone calls.
I would not hire this company again, and I just want to warn anyone else that is thinking of doing so.

They were comfortable and they accommodate the equipment that they had. They had all the equipment.

The crew arrived while we were out and went right to work dethacthing the entire lawn. When we arrived home spoke to the person in charge of the crew just to confirm my understanding of what was going to be done. Crew continued to clean cut and remove cuttings. Very clean when completed. Nice neat job. Very professional. Will use again next year.
