Procaccini Tile & Stone

They were recommended to me by another contractor who I got through Angie’s List. I asked the other contractor to do the tile and he did not have time at that particular point; so he recommended them to me. The problem was that he had 2 kids come in and do the work. I had a side-by-side bathroom with 2 toilets, and these kids took out both the toilets and left them overnight. We were left with no toilet and it became a problem with my wife. I was very upset about that and I called this contractor who recommended them to me, and he actually went out and got me a porter potty. He made Procaccini buy the porter potty. Procaccini was away when this happened; so I couldn’t get a hold of him, and when he showed up and he was very nice and apologetic. I had discussed with him in advance and told him that there was no ways we could be without a bathroom. I think he took a $100 of his price or something like that. It was these kids that he had working for him, that he left unsupervised. The 2 kids were terrible.
