Excellent! Tim and his assistant arrived on time, got the job done within the time frame promised (1 day), cleaned up and left it looking perfect.

It was very difficult to get answers and timely information from them. It took forever to get out of them. The quality of the work, once they did it, was quite good.

"I've never dealt with this individual. I did work with a real estate broker and female buyer for this property and we did submit an estimate in a timely manner. She did request multiple estimates for various projects to include new roof & gutters, new electrical, new garage roof, new garage doors & motors, new second floor deck, refinish all hardwoods & repair of damaged hardwoods, repair to cedar shake siding & trim, window repairs and then some... for a property that was quite distressed and we subsequently came out to the property of several occasions to answer additional questions at no additional cost. My electrical subcontractor did complete the work in a timely manner and the female buyer seemed very pleased. We stand behind all of our work and we guarantee all of our work. The completed estimates were submitted and the work was completed within 6 weeks from our first meeting. If the customer is not happy with the time we spent working with them on their first home purchase and the additional time spent to answer all questions at no additional cost to them then apparently they are hard to please. At Foster & Sons we are a customer first company. Quality, Reliability & Honesty is what we stand for and what we believe in. I give Foster & Sons the highest recommendation. Tim is a motivated, professional, top quality General Contractor who committed to the job and finished it to perfection. The price was fair considering the job, a custom-built 12' x 9' entertainment center and media storage area. It is stunning and looks better than I even expected (and I expect a lot). You'll notice right away that Tim is a great communicator - a good listener who is actively thinking about the best ways to get the job done right and runs them by you to create clear specifications. He quickly provided me with a detailed estimate and used text messaging to confirm arrival times and update me with photos from the job site when I was away. It doesn't get better than that! But it does... Tim is a courteous, whip-smart pro who knows what he's doing and has an excellent network of subcontractors. It's clear that he only works with proven craftsmen, like master carpenter, Dave Weaver, to whom I give highest recommendation for craftsmanship, professionalism, and punctuality (plus a top-notch guy!) and Dave from Ray Cianci Plastering who took pride in his work and raised it to an art form. I have a lot more work to be done on my home and I am looking forward to getting more excellent return on my investment from Tim Foster and his team. I've worked with many contractors and have mostly been disappointed, rarely impressed. If they were all like Tim we wouldn't need Angie's List because they'd all be GREAT. Thank you, Foster & Sons!!
