I was referred to Dermatology Professionals by my Primary care provider to treat a patch of alopecia areata. I was able to make an appointment within a very reasonable amount of time. I found the office environment to be pleasant the office staff were polite. I wasn't kept waiting any more than 15 minutes from my appointment time. I was seen by Brian Theroux, PA. He was very pleasant and had a warm bedside manner. He treated the alopecia areata patch with the usual treatment of steroid injections. The treatment was successful. I would recommend Dermatology Professionals. My only complaint is very minor and has nothing to do with the practice or physicians and is just that the parking lot can become very crowded because the practice is in a shared medical building. Although, having said that, each visit I was able to find a parking spot without waiting or circling.

This latest appointment was for a follow up. I had a 10 am, and didn't get to see the PA until 10:40. The waiting room is very busy, but there are quite a few doctors in this practice. Again, I really like Allison, she spends time with me and explains her diagnosis as well as several treatment options. She knew I was not happy with how long my hair was taking to grow in, so she gave me more injections to stimulate hair growth. We figured out a plan that if the growth didn't get better, a biopsy would be the next step. Overall I would recommend Dermatology Professionals especially Allison. Sometimes you get more attention with a PA!

They were excellent. I liked the doctors, the way the procedures were done, their professional attitude, and the ease of getting an appointment.
