Great Everything went very smoothly I have no complaints I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumbing project.

They do exactly what they said they were going to do within the budget they specified and they were extremely reliable.

I stupidly leaned heavily on my pedestal sink and heard a pop and apparently, the pressure broke the pipe that goes vertically down to the drain. It was sliced clean through. I called a big name major plumbing company and they came to give me an estimate. They told me they would have to dismantle the entire sink, fix the pipe and then put it all back together again and it would cost hundreds of dollars because of all the labor involved. I declined their services. Valley Plumbing was a neighbor of mine and I saw his truck going up and down the street so I figured I would try him. I'm glad I did! He came by and said he could fix it without dismantling the sink at all and he sure did. He fixed it very fast, no dismantling of sink was done and he only charged me $80! I was floored. I don't know if the other company was screwing me on purpose or if they were just too stupid to realize they could fix it without dismantling it but I know that Valley Plumbing saved me a TON of money so I totally trust them.

Chris was prompt, flexible, informative and reasonably priced. He showed up at the house quickly with very little warning. He worked around our schedule which was tied to the limited window given to us by the local water board to do the inspection.
