The Other Side Landscaping

That wasn't too good. They were a little slow on the response time. They were actually very friendly in the e-mails three or four times, but they were just a little bit slow in time to get some of the things we wanted them to get done completed. They seemed pretty responsive through the e-mails and getting back to us and things of that nature. They did good work when they showed up. They were professional and very nice. The price was OK. They were not cheap, but I don't think it was out of the round of where it should be.

Needed to keep it longer than anticipated,  not a problem.

I contacted The Other Side Landscaping to get an estimate on regrading my backyard to address some drainage issues.  I met with Jim (the owner) and he was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions about what I was looking to do in the yard.  He had a lot of suggestions/ideas for addressing the drainage issues.  They were sometimes a bit slow in responding to questions, but generally were very good to deal with.

Overall, the work went really well.  The crew showed up when they said they would and the work was completed within the stated timeframe.  There was an additional charge added due to unforeseen roots/obstacles/labor, but it was reasonable given the circumstances.  We were very happy with the quality of work performed and were able to see a big difference as soon as we got heavy rains in the Fall.  I would definitely use The Other Side Landscaping for any future landscaping needs,

I THINK THAT THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO EVERY TIME. THEY ALSO WORK VERY HARD. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE, SO I KNEW THEY WOULD DO A GOOD JOB.
