Late March/early April of last year I asked Steve to do a lot of work on the yard as we were expecting guests prior to a family
wedding, among the things he agreed to do was install a new post lantern. He did not fulfill the extra planting/pruning chores he
was supposed to do and 18 months later I still don't have a post lantern up. He asked me to drop the lantern off so that he could
pre-fit it to a post. I spent all of last summer trying to get them to install it. I spent this spring trying to get my lantern BACK.

They are pretty good. I think that they are very reliable. One of those leaf blowers blew a pebble against our window and they were very good about it and got it fixed. Their prices are average. They are really good.

I've been using them for years. I use them all the time. They come out when they say they would. I walk them around and tell them what I want done. They also walk me around to show that they have done everything after the work is done. They come about three or four times during the summer. I think they are very reasonable. Their price depends on what they're doing. If it's just a leaf cleanup it could range from $400 to $1000. It also depends on the kind of property we have. I have a big property with no grass, so it's all perennials, bushes, shrubs and trees. They're really great. I would highly recommend them.
