Furniture Refinishing
He lost some of the hardware, and then tried to blame us, that it wasn't there initially. Subsequently he was extremely rude about scheduling delivery, etc as well.
The work that was done well, was good, but the lack of professionalism upon the smallest problem makes me distrust him for future work.
