pest control
 + -1 moreThe workmen who came to the house were always very accommodating, eager to please and responsive. The office personnel were much less so. One time I phoned in a credit card payment and two months later was getting interest charges put on my bill because they somehow never submitted that payment and it showed up as past due. Another time, their service person failed to show up when scheduled on a Friday, leaving me sitting there after having taken the day off just to let them in. When I phoned the office, I got some story (rather lacking in credibility) that the appointment had, in fact, been for "next Monday". Then it got changed to "next Tuesday". Their Yellow Pages ad promises the world, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for delivery.
