I had a computer go dead after a power surge, while the light would light up on the motherboard, the computer would not boot. The computer manufacturer remote support was a total frustration and they would not provide a local reference for service. I picked these guys out of the yellow pages. After they diagnosed a cooked motherboard, I decided to replace rather than repair that PC. They built me a new one at a price comparable to the manufacturer. Later, my office computer died. I brought it to them and they diagnosed it and repaired it while I waited. Added a new power supply, and upgraded the memory while I was there. I was back in business the same day. I will never try to get help from the computer manufacturer again. These guys are knowledgeable, inexpensive and prompt. They are not models of slick marketing or sartorial style. They are a tiny operation, but they aren't overbooked and they seem quite competent. The downside is they are 20 minutes out of Providence. For some in RI, that is too far.

THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT. I HAD GONE TO TWO OTHER PLACES, BUT IT DIDN'T DO ANY GOOD. THIS COMPANY ALSO HAS A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF THEY CAN'T FIX IT.

THEY ARE A SMALL OUTFIT, SO YOU GET PERSONALIZED SERVICE. THEY SEEM TO BE PROFICIENT AND RESPONSIVE. I DROPPED MY COMPUTER OFF AND GOT IT BACK THE SAME DAY. THEY DO WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO THE SAME DAY.
