They were prompt and professional. They were very thorough and neat. Their pricing was good. It was a lot of work, and they didn't stop until they were finished. They started the work and just went and did it. It was a bunch of different things, and they didn't leave anything undone. They also left it nice and neat.

McKee installed my high efficiency Navien NCB 210 combination heat/hot water boiler. The plumbers who installed the system were great guys; punctual, professional, neat. McKee beat other quotes by 10% which ain't chump change for a heating system install. Only dig is that the system needed a few tweaks afterwards and it took a couple visits for everything to be set up until the system worked optimally. Working perfect now and glad I went with them for the install. Saved me a good amount of money and all in all got the system in pretty quickly. Definitely recommend them.

Let me start by saying that I have been an heating customer with McKee for over 30 years. My AC system is about 12 years old and when I turned it on for the first time this spring it wasn't producing cool air; this was on a Saturday. I called the company that had installed the system and although they do offer weekend service it is only for customers with contracts. My contract had expired some time ago so I took to the Yellow Pages and Angie's List. When I saw that McKee was on your list for AC repair I gave them a call. I spoke with their answering service and she had a tech call me back. I received a phone call right away but since it wasn't a true emergency and I didn't have an AC contract just a heating contract I was told I'd have to wait until Monday. A very nice young man came Monday (late morning) and found the problem to be a leak. (I had a new roof put on my home in February and a nail went through a hose - hence the leak.) He explained the option of purchasing a contract or paying full price for parts; the contract allowed for a discount. I took the contract. The young man called for help and another tech arrived and it took them about 3 1/2 hours to complete the repair. They were both very nice and very professional. The only thing I was disappointed about was being expected to pay the tech the full cost (by check) of the repair - $825. Who has $825 in their checking account? I'm certainly not a new customer. I've participated in McKee's oil payment plan for over 30 years; they couldn't bill me??

It went without a hitch from the phone call to the repair.

Mckee arrived on site with 2 technicians on time with the new water heater. They quickly removed the old water heater, prepared the plumbing to accept the new water heater and installed it in a very careful and efficient manner. The old water heater was removed and taken away. The new heater was tested for proper functioning and I was given a thorough explanation of the operation manual. Overall a very good experience.

Awesome! Brand new house had a leak 3 days after closing before I moved in. McKee's came out (recommended by realtor) to find the problem. The found the leak in addition a washer missing and volunteered to check all the other sinks, tubs, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The fixed the 2 additional leaks they found.

They have worked great for us so far. I've never had oil heat before but I'm feeling like the process is going smoothly. If customer service is important to you, I'd recommend McKee. After my service appointment, I called in to ask about a few service items I had forgotten to ask about. They gave me upfront pricing on parts and updates I'd like to make, and worked with me to ensure that the work could be completed in a timely fashion.
