Chairs were old, rusty, speckled with paint, scratched, unsightly. Tables were old, scratched, speckled with paint, and the legs kept falling off the "cocktail" tables.
Karaoke machine worked but it was low quality, and the cd's that accompanied the machine were disorganized and of poor quality.
Sumo wrestling suits very expensive to rent ($350.00), had missing glove. I expressed disappointment with the missing piece, but my kids were really looking forward to it so I kept it. The owner was VERY rude about it and yelled at me for being disappointed (I was not raising my voice but he became irate that I was not happy), and then finally scribbled a check for $10.00 and THREW it on the table near me.
Finally, the airbrush tattoo artist (a teenaged girl) got yellow paint splatters all over my brand new deck! Then her transportation broke down and she had to stay at my house for hours after the party was over, but that was not her fault.
All in all, I needed the stuff and they are the only company available that rents certain items for entertainment at parties, but wow I would avoid renting anything from them again.
