 + -1 moreJen is 5 stars all around. She is the epitome of "behind the scenes magic". She makes all the calls, makes all the arrangements, makes everything run smoothly. No matter what problems or snags came up in this complicated and difficult transaction she kept a positive face, rose to the occasion and smoothed things out. We positively loved her! We really could not have asked for more.
Description of Work: Jen helped us to purchase our dream home in a really tough market. She is a buyer's agent only, she does not sell homes. Nonetheless, the sellers of this home did not have an agent and so she did much of the legwork from that end, and ultimately did alot of work to help us sell our home. The cost is 2.5% commission paid by the sellers.
