This company was hired for lawn maintenance, spring clean up, and to remove the front yard mulch and replace it with river rock. In addition to providing bi-weekly mowing. Upon their completion and my inspection of the work, I found it to be substandard from our conversations of what was to be done. I then proceeded to ask follow up questions in addition to requesting itemized list of work that had been performed, the list changed each conversation we had. Devon Casson (the owner) has not responded to my questions via text message or call, nor has he responded to my complaint filed with the BBB-RI. Images attached as you will see much debris and leaves that he claimed to not be part of my property; with that being said if this is considered to not be my property, I do not know what other debris was removed as that is the only debris in my yard. I should note - I was never told about the rental cost of the trailer to transport his equipment nor told about a disposal fee.
