Lawn Tool Repair
Initial encounter was fine. Nick returned my call and picked up my snowblower. We did the repairs and returned it. Nice guy. The next time I used it, it stopped propelling within one minute. It took several calls to get him to return my call. He repaired the problem at no charge. The next time I used it, it exhibited more problems with the self-propulsion. He didn't return two phone calls. I give up. I thought I'd found a great local guy to service my snowblower. I don't know why he doesn't return my calls. I was always polite and paid promptly in cash. I'm very disappointed. I'll find someone else.
