Superb ! I would definitely use this service again and have nothing negative to say .Contrary to the 1-800 brochure I did get an estimate first and then called back 3 days later to arrange a pick up date when I had some competing estimates. I would recommend this procedure to all paricularly a new user of this service instead of rushing right in.

Great experience. Scheduled appointment online. Two energetic and up-beat young men arrived promptly in two clean trucks. After looking at the two piles of junk in my basement, they gave me an estimate which I accepted, and they quickly and cheerfully removed everything and loaded it on the truck.
