Our call was answered promptly and services done almost immediately. The technician went over and above what was expected, for much less cost than the estimates of other companies. We were very satisfied!

Besides miscommunication about what time they would be there (reminder email said 8 AM and they did not arrive till 10 AM), it went very well. Great price for a lot of cleaning done! Very responsive also.

The Tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I showed him a few very soiled areas and he was able to completely clean them, he was thorough and never stopped from when he arrived till he left. The job was done in no time and looked great.

I received a call from SteamPro once they were within 20 minutes of my location. Once they arrived, I showed them what items were to be serviced. Both of the service techs seemed very knowledgeable regarding the scope of work to be performed. It took them just over an hour to complete the job. Before they left, they made sure that we were happy with the job, which we were.
They were very polite and made sure that everything was in order before they left.
I received a call on Monday following the service, from the SteamPro office to make sure that we were satisfied with the work.
I would recommend their services and would use them again.

Roland came on time and got right to work. He came previously to give me an estimate check on what was needed for the job. When the day came for him to work, he was on time, put up the beams that he had already cut to size in a neat fashion. He secured the stairs with the same precision. I would hire him again and will recommend him to my friends.
