They did a great job. Originally they thought the problem was that the fan motor was broken and they were going to replace; however when it arrived and they went to install they were able to get the old one to work by repairing it. They told me they were able to fix the issue and saved me more than 65% of the cost of repair by not using the new fan motor.

Stay (Sta) Cool did work on my property and made a huge mistake which they are not willing to make right. They were asked to diagnose and repair my malfunctioning roof unit and said it needed to be replaced, only problem is instead of installing another heat-pump they installed just an air conditioner unit leaving me with no heating function. After repeated attempts to agree on a solution with Mike he told me he "cant do anything" for me and told me to "do what I have to do". From the reviews you would think Stay Cool does decent work but from my experience it looks like you're in big trouble if they make a mistake and may need to get a lawyer. They're not going to stand behind their work if something goes wrong.

Fantastic company!! Small enough to provide personal first class service. One call and they arrived within hours. Found a pin hole size leak that had been causing major damage for years. Have used them a few times in the past year. Will be my go to company as long as I live in the area.

The techs were on time  They were very professional and considerate of my needs.    Mike and Ed did a great job !!!  I am very satisfied with the outcome .. I will defiantly have Stay Cool come back and do my heating system .....  I highly recommend this company ...
