We've used State Rug for cleaning our rugs for years, as well as in-house carpet cleaning.  Good work, fair price, and very professional.

Least expensive place I could find in the area. Turn around time was good. The rug came with the house that I recently bought, so god knows how long the stains were there for. We got the rug back and there was still one stain left. I called them and they asked me to bring it back. They reminded me that there was no guarantee on getting the stains out (which I understand), but they would clean it again for no charge! I thought that was very nice of them. I'm about to go pick it up - hope the stain is gone. Even without the one stain that caused me to call them back, the rug is a 100 times better than what it started from. Would definitely recommend.

They are just excellent. I used them approximately 6 years ago and I can't recall exact date. I am getting ready to have them come again and install a carpet insert in my dining room.

Ron was a great help and although he was a bit late due to a manufacturer delay, all went well. The carpet was installed well and there were no surprises. After our Home Depot nightmare, State Carpet was a refreshing change.

Not well, the polyurethane did not dry correctly and left bubbles all over the floor. The guy that did it even said it looked "horrible", he had left or window open all night and it was a windy night. Also left our overhead light on, which we had to turn off with a stick. He suggested starting all over again with the sanding but the first time was a mess so we said no way, just finish what has been started. In the day light, you can see where the edge of the poly does not go to edge of floor. We are not at all happy with the work.

THEY ARE PROBABLY ABOUT AVERAGE AS FAR AS THE PRICE, BUT I REALLY FEEL THAT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND EFFICIENT. I USED THEM ANOTHER TIME, ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO, AND WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEN.

MY MOTHER HAD USED THIS COMPANY AND NOW I DO. I USE THEM BECAUSE I CAN COUNT ON A QUALITY INSTALLATION. I CAN RELY ON THE PRODUCTS THAT THEY SELL AND THEY WILL BACK UP THEIR WORK. THEY WON'T GIVE ME GRIEF LIKE THE LARGE CORPORATIONS DO.

THIS COMPANY OFFERS A COMPETITIVE PRICE. THEY HAD A WIDE SELECTION AND THE CARPET I WANTED. THE INSTALLATION CREW DID MOVE A FEW LARGE PIECES OF FURNITURE. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT AND I AM HAPPY.
