Description of Work: This is a beautiful showroom and a great place to look at a variety of products, but do not buy anything from this company. Last summer I remodeled my kitchen and bathroom and purchased sinks, faucets, a toilet, a vanity, and a bathtub. My original salesperson disappeared and the order became totally confused. They deliverd things that should have come later and other things went missing. They said they had delivered a number of items and they had the paperwork to prove it. Later they found the missing items in a different warehouse. The worst problem was that the very expensive vanity was warped and they said it was fine.

[member name removed] did have some issues with her order and were handled quickly and professionally. The main issue was a misinterpertation of a shower door that was ordered by [member name removed] The paperwork for the door was given to her and a full description of said product was noted, however customer was not famailar with the shower door descriptions; this issue was finally settled. Vanity, was indeed defective { product such as vanities are packaged very carefully via the MFG. and are not opened for inspection } most customers will not sign for boxes that have been previously opened. Vanity MFG, made good for the defective unit as promptly as possible. I would extend an open invitation to [member name removed] to meet with me at her convience and offer any suggestions she might have to help our company solve issues such as hers.
