We had two jobs done, a roof replacement in 2011, which went quite well.
In the summer of 2012, we hired the company to paint our home, replace the picture window at the front of the house
with a bay window, and replace two attic windows.
Almost immediately after it was applied in June 2012, the paint on the driveway side of our home began to bubble and peel. The company requested a representative from The Paint Shoppes, where the paint was purchased, assess the situation in July 2012, without conclusion to the cause.  To date, the peeling paint has not been repaired.
More than a year later, the following work is also incomplete:

• Neither attic window has been replaced
• The outside trim of the bay window has not been completed
• The paint overspray, particularly on the upper windows in the back of the house, has not been cleaned.

 
The work has not been completed despite that fact that we have paid all but $250.00 of the amount due. Our payment to the company exceeds our agreed payment schedule ? which was originally that we would withhold $500.00 until the work was complete.
Over the past couple of months, I have left dozens (yes, dozens) of voice mail messages for the owner, Don Bruen, without hearing back from him.
