Description of Work: Joe Dias represents and sells new construction from fradulent contractors. Knowing in good faith all the same problems that have gone on with each and every sale, Joe continues to sell and to lie to home buyers. I don't understand how he can sleep at nite or even look in a mirror.. Oh yeah... that's right he has no conscience! Stay away from the houses that this Keller Williams office represents or you too will be very sorry!!!!!! Make sure to run if the builder is Armand "smokey" Cortellesso. He is a felon!!! For some reason he continues to get away with screwing people. Dias is the main realtor that represents Cortellesso... That should tell you something. Seriously, google Cortellesso's name and you too will see how many times he has been sued and how many alias he has!
