He worked four hours troubleshooting the problem. The circuit was complex and finding the cause was difficult. John applied excellent problem-solving techniques and eventually discovered and fixed the problem, He is now my go-to electrician. John was very professional and even offered a discount because of the time he spent. But because he was diligent in attacking the problem, I paid him the full amount.
