I learned of Heidi Hope Photography through a friend and was always impressed with their work. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with when coordinating our session date which I wanted to be as close as possible to my daughgter's first birthday. Then the photographer worked with me before the session to create a customized set for our shoot, complete with personalized, handmade props. I have used two other professional children's photographers in the last year and those experiences weren't nearly as personalized as with Heidi Hope. It was very unique and resulted in gorgeous shots of my daughter. The photographer was very collaborative, professional and genuinely excited about our session.
At the session, the photographer immediately connected with my daughter. I could not believe how comfortable my daughter was with her and how at ease she made her feel in front of the camera. The photographer did a wonderful job capturing our daughter's personality.
Since the shoot, HHP has shared a couple previews of the photos and I am extremely pleased with them so far and can't wait to review the entire gallery. I already know it's going to be hard to narrow down our selections because the breadth and quality of work we've seen so far is so wonderful. I highly recommend HHP. The cost of doing professional photography of this quality can
be on the high-end but I believe it's an investment that you will not regret because your children grow up so fast and change so quickly. I am happy that I captured and commemorated this special milestone birthday in this manner.

I sincerely cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire Heidi Hope Photography Team, and the experience as a whole. I was extremely impressed with every employee, and their level of commitment to customer service. Whenever I spoke with anyone on the phone, corresponded via e-mail,or met with them in person they were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful,and extremely professional. The studio is very cozy, and well equipped to deal with babies. They think of every detail to make the entire experience enjoyable. In addition, we actually had to cancel last minute due to illness, and it was no problem at all. Everyone is well versed in working with children, so they know how to make the entire process seamless and quick from start to finish. It was so nice to work with people that understood the importance of working around naptime!
I really appreciated how the entire photo shoot was completely customized for us. Our photography session was not the cookie cutter point and shoot experience that we are all somewhat accustomed to. They actually care about what their clients want, and genuinely want to make them happy. I gave them some vague idea of what I wanted, and the set that they designed and made for our cake smash was absolutely adorable and all handmade! Furthermore, every aspect of each product that you chose is totally personalized to your preferences. They also guide you through the entire process so you do not get overwhelmed.
Perhaps, most importantly are the photographs themselves. Their work is just stunning. If you look on their website, blog, Pintrest, Facebook etc. you will see how their images are so creative and beautiful. When we went in for our session I knew that the pictures would be great. When we actually saw the finished product we were completely blown away. I cannot pretend to know much about photography, but I know talent when I see it and these ladies have got it! My advice to anyone considering using Heidi Hope Photography is make the investment, it is so worth it to have timeless photographs that you will love forever. The finished products truly are works of art. Something magical is happening in that studio, I am starting to think they may freelance for Santa!
