Full disclosure did a complete detailed home inspection. They found issues I would never think of our never see. I was very impresse by the knowledge of the inspector and how detailed he was. He was very systematic and was well equiped with instruments to measure HVAC differentail and other indicative measurements of how systems were operating.
The only negative was in their report itself. Items that they found were not fully described in the report. I had to remind them.
It also appeared that much of the report was focused on protecting their company versus stating stating the issues in a definitive manner so that I could request remedies.
As long as you are with them and make sure that every item found is covered in
the formal report, they are great
