The buying experience was great, superior to any at a "big box" store, deliveray was as promised, no problems. However, the best part was the delivery and set-up in my tiny apartment space. Not an easy job, but they were careful, meticulous, just excellent pros. I will shop here again and use this vendor with out question.

Their more personalized on their service. If you have anything needed to be done you go directly to them rather than through service company and they price wise. They gave us a five years warranty.
