I hired Floody Hardwood flooring to sand and refinish the hardwood floors in my double parlor, dining room, kitchen, hallway , stairs, four bedrooms, half bathroom and foyer. They came out the day and time agreed. They sanded the floors and removed the steam radiators to sand the areas underneath them. They did 3 coats of polyurethane. I was happy with the work, they did a great job. They had a good attitude and were professional. There was only one spot between the kitchen and the bathroom I was not happy with how it came out. I called them back and asked them to fix it. They had no problem doing that. They came immediately and they fixed the spot. Overall they were great and I am very happy with the work they did. Also out of all the estimates I had gotten for the work, theirs was the lowest.

He was very good.  He was reasonable.  He was very accommodating on every level.  He did a very great job.  He moved furniture's for me.  He made it really easy to do as opposed to other hardwood flooring companies that charge a whole lot of money to have to do even just an ounce extra.  He was very accommodating.  I will use him again.

Always on time, or he called (once). I needed to schedule for my school vacation week, no problem. He was going to do the whole thing- rip up floor, replace floor, stain and poly. He felt the floor needed another person - his mentor, to do that due to oddities in the floor so the other man did the actual floor. i appreciated his honesty.

They look beautiful. They charge way less than an average refinisher! They charge only $1.50 a square foot. I was amazed! They were on time and very friendly!

These people did excellent work for me. The floor is as smooth as silk and you cannot feel a single space between the pieces of wood. The workers were pleasant, proficient, on time and I very highly recommend them.

The quality of the work was great. They were here on time and left when that days task was complete and until the job was completed. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The work is exceptional.

THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE. I WOULDN'T KEEP GIVING THEM BUSINESS IF THEY WEREN'T. THEY ALWAYS ARE RESPECTABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. MY FLOORS JUST SHINE WHEN THEY GET DONE WORKING ON THEM.
