Real Estate Auctions
Finished product lacked professional quality. Did not utilized enough comparable home sales. Conclusion drawn from those few comparables used vague and inaccurate....like he pulled the numbers out of hat....very generalized and I felt they would not stand up to professional perusal by town officials. I would not recommend Mr. MacGregor of Eastern Appraisals.
